Vintage 1940s little black dress with stripes of fringe tassels on the upper bodice and skirt, and a solid taffeta waist. It has short cap sleeves, and a metal side zipper closure. There is a panel of fabric on the right side of the waist where it appears that a belt or sash is meant to be threaded through - this panel could be removed with a seam ripper to make the dress more wearable without a belt, because the panel sticks out a bit as is. Shown modeled with a belt in the first two photos, not included with purchase.
